Mr. Raphael Okhale Adebudo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Delta State University Abraka, Delta State.

He started his Career as an Administrative Officer II in 2001 and has risen to Chief Administrative Officer in the Public Service.

He acquired various experiences in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Federal Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development in the areas of Manpower Budgeting; Training of Women & Youth in various Skills Acquisition programmes; as well as Agricultural Value chain. His core areas are in Preparation of the Budget and Work plan and Procurement Processes, etc.

He has over 18 years’ experience as Public Servant and attended various Professional courses, workshops and seminars both locally and internationally. He attended workshops on “Effective Manpower budgeting”; “Human Resource management and control in Federal Civil Services”; “Instrument for manpower planning in the Federal Civil Service”; “Framework for manpower budgeting in the Federal Civil Service: challenges and prospects”; “Re-orientation course for Performance Improvement for Administrative Officers”; “Report and Speech Writing workshop”, and several others.

His Hobbies are travelling & reading, and he is happily married with children.
